Complete Description
Responsible for coordinating all recruiting efforts for nursing. Position serves as a liaison between external recruiters and managers in the professional areas, works in conjunction with our advertising firm to most effectively advertise for our critical nursing positions, and continuously strives for innovative ways to fill positions. Conducts interviews, background and reference checks on potential candidates. Coordinates job fairs, campus recruitment and open house events. Promotes and coordinates LPN and RN scholarship program. Bachelor's degree. Additional course work in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Psychology preferred. Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with current license with the State of Florida. Two years recruitment experience preferably in an acute care setting. Proficiency with computer applications.
