Job Description Front Desk Supervisor: Responsible for ensuring world class service is upheld, and maintaining smooth daily operation of Guest Service Area. Area of supervision includes front desk and the locker rooms, along with all associated personnel. Also responsible for training, coaching, and counseling of Guest Service personnel. Must possess 2-3 year of supervisory/managerial experience.
