Clinical Resource Nurse - Resp/Peds (full time)
The Clinical Resource Nurse is a clinician with a high degree of knowledge, skills and competence in nursing. This position Implements the clinical and career development programs of the nursing clinical staff. This development includes collaboration with the director of medical and surgical services in the hiring of qualified staff. The specialist also works very closely with interdisciplinary teams. The interdisciplinary teams include physicians, other healthcare professionals, community agencies and any other resources that will facilitate development of nursing staff. This position understands the importance of an integrated system of interventions, measurements and refinements of healthcare delivery designed to optimize clinical and economic outcomes. Current or in progress Masters Degree in Clinical Nursing required. Clinical Nurse Specialist preferred. Current RN license in the State of Georgia required. Day shift.
