Clinical Nurse Manager - Emergency Dept. (full time)
The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who is accountable, in conjunction with the Department Director, for patient care management, human resource utilization and the operational management of a designated nursing department. This position is considered preparatory for advancement in Nursing Administration. The Clinical Manager assists the Director in selecting, developing and evaluating staff in order to achieve optimal productivity, positive morale and the best utilization of individuals and the group. Current RN License in the State of Georgia, ACLS, and BSN required. Three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting and some management experience preferred. FT, day shift. Located in Dalton, Georgia.
