General Summary:
The Cardiovascular/Thoracic Nurse Practitioner is responsible for supporting the Mission and Vision of Crittenton Hospital Medical Center (CHMC) by providing clinical support services to the patients of the Cardiovascular/Thoracic service line. Support will encompass clinical activities in our Critical Care units, Step-Down units and Medical/Surgical patient floors. Skills will encompass a broad range of cognitive and technical clinical skills, collaborative teamwork, educational activities and documentation requirements. Skills will require clinical judgment in diagnosing and managing patients with cardiovascular/thoracic diseases or procedures.
Requirements:
Must have completed a Master's Degree Porgram in nursing and national certification leading to certification by the State Board of Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner. Michigan Registered Nurse license. Current ACLS certification. Previoius NP experience on cardiac services preferred.
SIGN-ON BONUS:
$15,000.00 (full-time) - 3 year commitment
$10,000.00 (full-time) - 2 year commitment
$5,000.00 (full-time) - 1 year commitment
