Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department
Contingent opportunities available
General Summary: Responsible for direct and indirect total nursing care of the patients on the assigned unit during a given period of time. The RN is responsible for the direction and supervision of personnel assigned to him/her.
Requirements: Must have demonstrated ability as an RN for one year in an Emergency Department in a full service hospital (a hospital that is not a free standing emergency facility) within the last five years. Must be ACLS certified or obtained within one year. Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Current State of Michigan Registerd Nurse license. Knowledge of current trends, therapies, and techniques in Nursing, based on either recent nursing experience, refresher course, or continuing education programs.
