Job Description
Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - SIGN ON BONUS
$7,000.00 Sign On Bonus - Part-Time Opportunity Available
General Summary: Induces and or maintains general, regional, and monitored (conscious and/or deep sedation) methods of anesthesia. Monitors patients during perioperative period to evaluate physiological status and patient condition. Cares for general and specialty surgical, pediatric, and obstetric patients in elective, urgent and emergent situations. Takes necessary clinical rotation actions to preserve life and ensure patient welfare. Works collaboratively with anesthesiologists.
Requirements: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and possess a legal/valid-nursing license in the State of Michigan. (RN License required). Must complete anesthesia education at an accredited institution and be credentials as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Must maintain certification through AANA every two years. Must possess current specialty certification issued by the State of Michigan. Must possess BCLS, ACLS, and NRP certification and must maintain re-certification within the American Heart Association guidelines.
