Job Description
RN-Cardiac Care Diagnostics
. Status: PT
Part-time 40 hours per pay period with weekend on call and holiday rotation.
License/Certification: Current Colorado Registered Nurse Licensure, ACLS and BLS required, ACSM desired)
Other required skills and abilities: Nursing process (assessment, planning care, and intervention and evaluation skills) as applied to the care of appropriate patient populations. Pathophysiology and psychosocial aspects of cardiopulmonary disease. Training in the areas of stress management and relaxation techniques with a working knowledge of stress and relaxation responses for those nurses working in the Stress Management Program Understanding of the relationship between lifestyle choices and heart disease. Basic 12 Lead EKG and arrhythmia interpretation and ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire date). Basic Computer Skills needed.
