Job Description
Incumbent will coordinate the collection, evaluation and dissemination of performance data to ensure the hospital is compliant with Patient Safety Standards, Regulatory Requirements, Evidence Based Practice and Quality Indicators established by various agencies, hospital and Medical Staff departments or committees. Will utilize clinical experience to review, monitor and evaluate patient care against established criteria and guidelines. Current CT RN license required. Qualified candidates will have a clinical nursing and quality improvement background and have proven leadership skills. Minimum 5 years experience in a hospital setting required.
